Collection of Sanction information online is the first step in a process which will greatly reduce the time and effort required to organize tournaments. It will also make it possible to provide up to the minute information about all tournaments on our web site. Please give this a try.
OVERVIEW: Sanction procedures differ somewhat in each region. In general East and West require all information and fees to be submitted and approved prior to the midwinter meeting in order to have a Guidebook Advertisement. Southern, Midwest, and South Central require only the Guidebook information and fees prior to the guidebook deadline and collect the sanction information later. Guidebook deadlines vary from late December to the Midwinter Meeting sometime in January. Specific instructions and deadlines for each region are available on the links at left or from the Tournament Coordinator or EVP of your Region.
When you submit information it will be collected and added to the 2002 tournament schedule posted on your region's web page. Guidebook listing will be available as a link from the tournament schedule. Posting times will vary by region.
Use the online tournament schedule and guidebook listings to proof your guidebook advertisement. Check your information for accuracy including punctuation and spelling. Make corrections by submitting another form.
