Matthew Cole....B1 My name is Matthew Cole. I am in the 4th gradeat St. John the Evangelist School in Greece. My favorite sports are swimming, snow skiing, and, of course, waterskiing.I also enjoy reading the Harry Potter stories.

Sean Swift....B1 I am a 4th Grader at Townsend Elementary School. My interests are Waterskiing, Video games and my first love is Soccer. I am currently on a year round rep team and keep very busy with games and practice. I enjoyed the 2001 ski season. My sister Courtney helps me alot with my skiing and I hope to be as good as her someday. I am looking forward to 2002. See you then.

WYNN BERNS....B2 This year I placed 5th in slalom at Eastern Reg. I had a great time. I am in 7th grade at Kearsarge Middle School. I am on the Mt. Sunapee Freestyle Team. Neal Williams....B2 I am in the 5th Grade at Cedar Road Elem. school. I also attend a GATE school for gifted kids, once a week. Besides waterskiing, I enjoy skateboarding, riding bikes, swimming, and hunting with my dad. I am looking forward to be in Boys II.

Jonathan Paulovich....B2 Hi, my name is Jon Jon and I am a B2 skier from NJ. I ski at Twin Lakes Water Ski Park in Monroe, NY. In 2001 I finished 1st in Trk, 1st in Slm,3rd in Jump and 2nd Overall at the Regionals in Erie, PA. At the Nationals I EP'd all 3 events and Overall and finished 9th Overall. My goal for 2002 is to score over 3000 nops at Nationals and earn a medal. In the winter I snow ski race at Hidden Valley in NJ. I also like to play baseball, basketball and football. I also like to fish and snow ski. I came in 7th place last year at the Eastern Regionals. Corey Humburg....B3 Hi I am Corey Humburg and this will be my ninth and final year in the program. I had a great time skiing this summer and I can't wait to start again. I would like to thank everyone involved in the Junior Development program for so many great times. I would also like to thank all the coaches who helped me this past summer. For all of you who have a few years left in Junior Development, take my advice and enjoy them! And I would like to wish everyone good luck this season.

Markus Loeffler....B3 I am an honor student at Wamogo High School in Litchfield Connecticut. Last year I had one of my best years ever under the coaching of Ryan Peskett. I won at the Regionals and skied in my fifth Nationals as a first year boys 3. In the offseason I skateboard play lacrosse, soccer, basketball, tennis. I also compete with the Okemo Mountain Alpine Race Team in Vermont.

Eric Greenwood....B3 Hi, my name is Eric Greenwood. I am a 16 year old Junior at Western Wayne High School. I have been a junior team member for seven years and have skiied in 7 Regionals and 2 Nationals. In the off Season I enjoy Snowskiing/Boarding and Mountain Biking. I am also part of the Varsity Track and Field team. I ski with the Hemlock Hollow Ski Club. I have full sponsorship with Correct Craft, O'brien Waterskis, RBG and Associates Inc., and of course my main sponsor, my parents. I would like to thank Dr. Don Henderson, Tom Hauber, and the Bellucci Family and my parents for all of their support and great coaching.

Ben Spear....B3 Hi, my name is Ben Spear. I am an 8th grader at Seneca Ridge Middle School. This will be my first year in Boys 3, but my fourth year skiing. I went to nationals last year for the first time and placed 15 overall. I would like to thank everyone at junior development and at Timberlake. I hope everyone has a great summer.

Jason Roe....B3 Hi, my name is Jason Roe. I'm in 8th grade at Macopin Middle School. I ski at Twin Lakes in Monroe, NY. I also like to snow ski and wakeboard. When I'm not skiing, I enjoy playing the piano, guitar and saxiphone.

Chris Ducksowrth....B3 I'm Chris, 16, from Clarks Summit, Pa. I'm a junior honor roll student at Abington Heights High School. I am a varsity diver and pole vaulter. Sports I enjoy are snowboarding, snowskiing and rock climbing. This fall I joined the amateur wakeboard tour and placed second. I am the third year Maryland State Slalom Champion and placed 3rd at Regionals in 2001. This fall I earned my EP in slalom and started competing in trick and jump. I placed 24th at the 2001 Nationals and look forward to improving my performance 2002. I would like to give a special thanks to my parents, Dr. John Peters, Dr. Harry Schmaltz and Bill Peters for all of their time and help. Good luck to all in the 2002 season.

Paul Beaudoin....B3 Paul, Age 17, is a senior at Sanford High School in Maine. He has been skiing competitively for 11 years in State, Regional and National Tournaments. Paul is a Maine State Champion in slalom, trick and jump. He was 3rd overall at the 2001 Eastern Regionals held at Dave's Pond in Edinboro, Pa. Paul placed 20th in slalom at the 2001 Goode National Championships in Bakersfield, CA. Paul is a member of Square Pond Water Ski Club. Paul plays varsity soccer and track for Sanford High. He is an avid snow skier. This is his last year in Boys 3.

Steven Arnberg....B3 WASSUP! I'm Steven Arnberg. I am going into my 3rd year in boys 3. I had a great time skiing with everybody. Besides skiing, I like to ride my bike and hang out with my friends. I am looking forward to next ski season and plan to work more on tricks. I would like to thank my mom and Dad, The Smith's, The Cole's and our ski club S.C.R.A. Rachel Shepard....G2 Hi! My name is Rachel Shepard and I am 11 years old.I go to Floris Elementary where I am in 5th grade. My personal best in slalom is 5 at 34 mph. In tricks I have gotten 860. I ski at Bear Lake. In the off season I swim, play basketball, dance and play violin and piano. I wish I could ski all year. That's why I want to move to Florida! Waterskiing and basketball are tied for my favorite sport.

Natalie Hammel....G3 Hi, my name is Natalie Hammel and I am a 16 year old sophmore at Herndon High School. This will be my final year in Girls 3. Last year I was the state and regional champion in slalom, tricks, jump, and overall. At nationals I placed 4th in tricks. Also, at the end of the season, I also tied the VA state G3 slalom record. I'd like to thank my family, Chet Raley, the Lake Holly Ski Club, and the Timberlake Ski Club- especially my adopted family the Spears.

Mindy Emerson....G3 My name is Mindy Emerson, and the thing I love most is sking. I have been sking for 5 years this comming year, my dad got me into sking. I ski in Vienna, MD at Lake Lou's. I am planning on graduating from Norhteastern High School and then going on to sking in college. I currently hold the Maryland State Record. My personal best is 4 at 32 off in practice. This year I went to regionals a little differently, and got third place. Which was a great come back from last year. I have been working really hard to reach all my goals in sking, and hope to improve even more this comming year. I wish everyone good luck for this year. Suzanne Cooper....G3 I live on Smith Mountain Lake, I'm the oldest of 5 children and am in the 8th grade at Christian Heritage Academy in Rocky Mount, Va. I am active in my church youth group. I ski, play soccer and babysit.My personal best is 2 at 22off. I was 14th at nationals in G2 (just moved to G3). I ski mostly with my dad behind a Mastercraft Prostar. We skied until Thanksgiving 2001 which is unusual for Virginia. I was born in Denver,Colorado so the cold water isn't too bad! I am looking forward to 2002!

Nicole Davis....G3 Hi! I'm Nicole Davis and I turned 15 in October 2001. I'm a sophmore at Hampton High and I'm an honor roll student. I'm in the school's snow ski club and played powderpuff football last fall. The 2001 season was my 2nd year of competing in the Regionals and I placed 4th in G3. In '99 I placed 2nd in G2. Jamie Aurino....G3 Hi, my name is Jamie Aurino and I'm a 8th grade student at Allegany-Limestone School. At last years NY State Champs, I took 1st place & at Regionals I placed 2nd in both slalom & tricks. I also attended the Nationals and placed 7th in slalom & 11th in tricks.
