Notice of Eastern Region 2012 Winter Meeting

Our Winter Meeting for the Eastern Region of AWSA will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 (see agenda).  The business meeting will start at 11:00 a.m. so that you can travel to the site on Saturday morning in time for the meeting.  The Region will pay for your lunch on Saturday ONLY IF you get in touch with Marie Baker to let her know you are coming so that she can include you in the count for the hotel restaurant.  Send an e-mail to me and to Marie Baker to let us know that you will be at the meeting.

We will have a scorer's clinic on Sunday conducted by Dave Allen, author of the new scoring system.  We will have other clinics if  you send me an e-mail to let me know what you need.

FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE AND POINTS NORTH - Take exit 326, Valley Forge/King of Prussia. After going through the toll booth, take exit 328A, West Chester/202 South. Follow 202 South for approximately 3 miles to the Chesterbrook Blvd. Exit. At the top of the exit ramp, make a right, the hotel entrance is on the right.

FROM THE SCHULYKILL EXPRESSWAY (Route 76) AND CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA - Take 76 West to exit 328A, Valley Forge/West Chester/202 South.
